What you’ll do when you get here:

• Communicate  and negotiate with carriers daily
• Manage your book of business to achieve sales targets
• Reach and exceed the required load coverage, app percentage , and margin goals

What you need to have:

• 2+ years experience in a carrier sales/brokerage position
• Familiarity with TMS systems
• Strong work ethic with desire to succeed
• An understanding of freight markets
• An understanding of equipment requirements and regulations
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Clear, confident communication and technical skills

What is Preferred:

• BA/BS degree
• Bilingual
