Business Development Manager

This role is open to candidates in Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS

KES is looking to hire an Aftermarket Business Development Manager to identify, develop and execute potential growth opportunities for the business. This fast-paced role will work to gather information and develop opportunities to close gaps in the products and services lineup. They will research the market, network and facilitate collaboration between Koch companies to identify opportunities and leverage capabilities that support the Aftermarket business initiatives.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Gather information from internal and external sources to determine gaps in our product/service line up and potential growth areas.
  • Work with other business development groups to identify synergies that exist within Koch companies.
  • Research markets and develop AFE's with supporting documentation for Aftermarket business initiatives
  • Support relevant aftermarket teams to bring approved solutions to market



The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the oil and gas industry
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel



What Will Put You Ahead

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Aftermarket processes for Koch-Glitsch, Koch Heat Transfer and/or John Zink
  • Knowledge of custom engineered KES products.
