The Associate Account Manager is an entry-level position that provides internal support for the Account Manager across a variety of job responsibilities.This person will oversee aspects of internal/external reporting, own campaign set up, project management, assist in quality control, troubleshooting and billing. This entry level position requires someone that is able to stick to daily deadlines, highly organized & has a strong eye for detail. This is a stepping stone position for anyone looking to gain exposure to the fast paced world of a digital ad technology company. The Associate Account Manager will report to a Regional Team Lead and work closely alongside Account Managers, Strategy and Delivery teams to support clients.Locations considered: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Post-sale
  • Execute change requests and campaign revisions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate campaign updates and recommendations to account management team
  • QA campaign creative assets for functionality, compatibility and completeness
  • Troubleshoot tracking inconsistencies leveraging understanding of various ad server reporting (e.g. CM360, Sizmek, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, and more)
  • Utilize Salesforce and update subsequent internal systems to ensure all campaign information is updated and accurateProject manage the launch process with AM; review media plan, issue and gather assets needed
  • QA all incoming and outgoing deliverables, manage client expectations on timelines and reporting
  • Assist Account Managers in overseeing the quality of campaign set-up and ongoing performance against client objectives, ensuring client satisfaction is fully met
  • Monitor client and internal reporting to ensure we’re hitting objectives
  • Own the campaign set up process during the pre-launch phase
  • Assist Account Team in managing campaign performance and troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Curate data and visualizations for ongoing campaign insights and mid/post-campaign reports
  • Ensure accurate reporting and invoicing for goods & services
  • Confirm final billable with client and vendors, issue invoices, and process approval requests for credits and makegoods as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Previous internship experience is required
  • Proven reliable self-starter with interest in building skills to be successful in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, while staying organized
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various cross functional groups with an emphasis in strong relationship management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills, process-orientated, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and ability to work successfully independently and within teams
  • Excellent critical thinking and ability to multitask in faced paced environment
  • Desire to learn and stay up to date regarding products, technology, customers, and competitors in the online media marketplace
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
