AI Sales Representative - National

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an AI Sales Representative your responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and new clients in your territory. The AI Sales Representative brings competencies and unique line of business value propositions to their clients, and uses all the organization to solve client problems with appropriate analytic solutions. IBM's market leading solutions in customer care, conversational AI, natural language processing, forecast, budget and planning, business intelligence and governance, risk and compliance provide multiple entry points and solution sales opportunities in each account in your territory.
This seller for this territory should have a hunter mentality. The territory has many big name accounts with endless opportunities to make inroads at them.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven ability to articulate and deliver compelling, industry-aligned narratives aimed at solving business challenges across the entire c suite
- In-depth knowledge of market in order to connect market trends to the IBM AI portfolio to position compelling transformational solutions to clients
- In-depth business development, sales and/or consultant experience
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to lead the collaborative process with both the client leadership and IBM's sales leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong background in Data and AI solutions and cloud
- Driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence in everything they do
- Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with peers and clients
