Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in sales in technology, advertising, and/or internet with experience developing a market.
  • 4 years of experience leading/developing a quota-based sales team and business plans.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.



Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience owning sales team operations and sales leadership (e.g., portfolio management, team building, goals measurement, execution
  • Ability to develop and deliver business strategies/relationships sustainable.
  • Ability to model and mentor sales practices (e.g., C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection management, closing agreements, building pipeline, etc.).
  • Ability to develop actionable insights to understand opportunities and provide thought leadership and influence executive functioning.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

As a Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Agency Lead, you'll manage client relationships and lead the business engagement with agencies in the market. You will mentor your team to achieve performance goals. You and your team will also work with a wide variety of GCS agencies to deliver the optimal advertising solution for every partner and their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of GCS-managed agencies in an assigned market.
  • Recruit, retain, and lead the team of GCS Sales Development Managers and Account Strategists to ensure improved agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor a team and help them engage with stakeholders in GCS agencies and customers. Build and actively manage effective agency planning process.
  • Define the future of agency management and help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes. Initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop GCS agency business.
  • Manage executive level agency relations through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
