WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage established and new client business
  • Constantly learn and navigate client priorities and industry trends
  • Identify and develop new opportunities
  • Drive pre-sales, RFP solutioning, proposals and delivery strategies
  • Establish and cultivate strong client relationships
  • Develop network within EPAM team of business and technology experts
  • Take responsibility for account P&L and growth goals
  • Participate in developing business and engineering strategies and tactical planning
  • Oversee cross-functional teams working in global environments


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years of experience in a business role, ideally, with engineering background
  • Broad knowledge of technology, industry trends, modern software engineering world
  • Experience working with multi-geo and diverse teams
  • Business acumen, strategic thinking
  • Creativity, confidence and self-guidance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability and passion to drive meetings, present ideas, share knowledge
  • Consultative mindset, focused on services
  • Attention to details and quality

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office. To protect employees and help communities fight the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination is required to visit a EPAM office in the US, and many of our clients have similar policies in place.
