SUMMARY

DAY IN THE LIFE OF

Leap is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join its team in its Columbia, Maryland office; however, this can be a Remote position. The AE will be revered as a product expert whose goal is to effectively demonstrate Leap's software that meets and exceeds its client expectations. The intent of the product demos is for the AE to persuade the Sales Development Representative (SDR)'s leads to becoming Leap customers in one call. The product demos will be conducted through Zoom, and the AE must be able to efficiently communicate the features of Leap's software while effectively listening and addressing the customer's needs, questions, concerns, and ideas. In addition, the AE must be able to meet high-volume sales cycles and goals while being knowledgeable with writing and negotiating contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is a sales role responsible for demonstrating Leap software to prospective customers
  • Serve as the expert in matching prospective customer challenges and pain points to solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects & opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of pipeline management & selling experience
  • Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets selling into an assigned territory
  • Drive and execute the sales cycle from lead to closed deal
  • Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL PREFERENCES

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Home Improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus
