Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in programmatic media display advertising.
  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, and/or clients.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on advertising products or advertising technology (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, or demonstrating products).
  • Experience in building relationships and facilitating/influencing at the executive leadership level.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Display and Video.
  • Ability to use a strategic/analytical sales approach, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to partner on projects in a cross-functional team setting.

As an Account Executive, you will drive Programmatic Media growth via Display and Video 360 and/or Google Display Ads through competitive promoting. You will be expected to drive Programmatic growth strategy plans in conjunction with Large Customer Sales (LCS) and other specialists including the YouTube sales team and Google Marketing Platform technology team. In this role, you will develop key relationships with customer marketing teams who focus on Display, Video, TV, Audio, and more. You will consult with customers on meeting their goals across a variety of channels, while also helping them navigate the changing Privacy landscape and marketing technology.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns to customer business objectives while attaining quarterly and annual goals.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, partner with fellow Account Executives, and act as a trusted advisor to customer/agency leadership teams.
  • Understand digital industry changes, current positioning, and how it will change in the future.
  • Grow knowledge of online media and technology (i.e., Google Programmatic Media and feed-based digital advertisements) to drive display business.
  • Deliver accurate business growth projections based on data and customer relationships.
