Full Job Description
The Helper Bees (THB) is an insurtech company, founded with the goal of transforming the home care experience for both payers and care recipients.
We lead the Long-term Care Insurance industry in innovation, providing data-backed products and services including many of our industry's firsts: comprehensive aging-in-place care management program, tech-enabled private caregiver network, and robust in-home data analytics.
We partner with some of the world's largest insurance carriers and health plans to revolutionize the way care is delivered to the home. By providing data, resources, and support we are able to keep older adults independent, healthy, and at home longer.
As an entry level or seasoned account coordinator your responsibilities will be to support the Director and the sales team in growth and retention of long-term care insurance clients. This job includes project management, client facing interaction, and a hunger for growth.
What you'll do:
The primary responsibilities of the account coordinator position are to support partner related reporting and presentations, project management on client deliverables, and provide secondary support to THB's launch team for new partner launches.

  • Project Management: Many of our client meetings and interactions result in actions to be taken post discussion. Our role is to document those actions, accurately share them with the teams and then project manage the completion of the client request. This includes working cross departmentally with our colleagues in product, operations, data, dev etc.
  • Notes: Taking detailed and organized notes during partner discussions, fostering the note-taking culture of our peers and organizing feedback and sharing of notes taken. Important to be able to document deliverables and timelines.
  • Proposal and Contracts: Support the Director, CEO and sales team in responding to proposals, and project management of the proposal process. Also supporting the drafting and editing of scopes of work and amendments.
  • Additional responsibilities include Survey collection and analysis for partner product customer satisfaction (work with supporting teams on the survey collection, potential automation, and review and analysis of customer surveys).

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Entry level but any prior experience internships or work is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Google (drive, gmail, calendar, docs, sheets), Excel, Slack, Zoom, bonus if knowledge of Tableau and Notion
