We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join Agilent Technologies’ LSS Sales Team, focusing on Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy solutions for the Pharmaceutical market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Agilent products to end-user customers while acting as the key interface between the company and our customers. You will leverage your expertise in analytical and life sciences to develop and expand our Pharma business and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively understand customer needs and identify tailored solutions to create new business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive opportunities to closure in collaboration with internal teams
• Expand existing customer relationships while identifying new accounts and market opportunities
• Promote Agilent product portfolio and strengthen our market presence in the Pharma sector
• Leverage strong technical and sales capabilities to effectively compete in the market
• Address a broad range of customer challenges with varying complexity
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across the organization to achieve sales targets
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and life science background, along with a good understanding of pharmaceutical workflows and regulatory requirements. A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
QualificationsQualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3–7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota; experience in selling or using analytical instruments (e.g., LC/MS, ICP/MS) is highly preferred
• Strong team player with excellent self-management, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills preferred
• English communication skills
