Job Title: Sales Assistant

Reporting to: Corporate Clubs Manager  

Business/Function: Sales  

Purpose 

Drive membership growth and revenue performance of the assigned club(s) by leading and executing sales activities focused on new member acquisition and retention, while ensuring an excellent customer experience aligned with Freedom Boat Club brand standards. 

Accountabilities           

 1- Drive the acquisition of new members by proactively managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract closure, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and annual membership targets.   

2- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up, effective qualification, and high conversion rates through tailored sales presentations and club visits.   

3- Work closely with operations and dock teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members and support initiatives that contribute to member satisfaction and retention.   

4- Implement local sales action plans aligned with regional commercial strategy, promotional campaigns, pricing guidelines, and brand positioning defined by FBC EMEA. Assist to member events, boat shows and other similar activities.   

5- Monitor local market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and value proposition.   

6- Accurately track sales activity, pipeline, membership growth, and forecast data, delivering regular reports and proactively addressing gaps versus targets.  This role has no direct reports.   

Perf. Measures 

  • Number of new memberships sold vs. targets    

  • Conversion rates (lead to sale) Membership revenue growth    

  • Quality and timeliness of CRM data and reporting    

  • Contribution to member retention and onboarding satisfaction 

Skills & Knowledge 

  •  Spanish: Fluent.   

  • English: Advanced spoken level (B2/C1). 

  • Valid driving license (B) 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in services, leisure, hospitality, or subscription-based businesses.    

  • Experience in nautical, charter, or boating environments is highly valued.    

  • Strong customer focus and commercial mindset.   

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.   

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   

  • Empathy and ability to build long-term client relationships.   

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.    

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented
