Manager, Sales UX & Data Analytics

The Manager, Sales UX & Data Analytics will help drive business performance by creating a variety of sales performance reports and analyses to help the team understand drivers of business performance, commissions and derive actionable insights. Successful candidates will use a blend of analytical prowess, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both sales' strategy and UX principles to drive insights and provide strategic recommendations. You will have the opportunity to combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work to uncover trends and identify insights that deliver impact across the organization.

About the ROLE

Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as a Manager, UX & Data Analytics in Sales, you will:• Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies by providing informed recommendations based on UX analysis, helping to position the organization for sustainable growth and success in a rapidly evolving market landscape.• Create reports and analyses about sales performance, sales productivity, sales pipeline, and financial and operational metrics utilizing Salesforce (CRM), Microsoft Excel, and other tools and databases. • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and additional data sources to drive sales and performance.• Work directly with the Sales team, business partners, finance, product, and marketing to deliver insightful analysis with a focus on automation and efficiency.• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to the sales team and the broader organization.• Administer and maintain accurate and applicable agent compensation plan components as well as eligibility of payments.• Directly support sales teams via research and resolution of commission-related inquiries (e.g. system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculation).• Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.

Requirements

About YOU• A process-improvement mindset. • A positive attitude and a willingness to quickly learn new and potentially technical topics.• Comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced environment.

Required• Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.• Advanced MS Excel skills.• Strong communication skills to translate complex information into easily digestible insights and presentations.• Outstanding problem-solving skills, record of asking questions, and developing solutions and recommendations.

Preferred• Salesforce (CRM) experience.• Experience working with a sales function.• Proficiency using business intelligence tools experience (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Physical Requirements• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.• Must be able to travel.
