Luxury Presence is seeking a dynamic Sales Training and Enablement Manager to drive the success of our sales team through strategic training, content development, and process improvement initiatives.
Essential functions of the role:
Luxury Presence is seeking a dedicated Sales Training and Enablement Manager to support our Sales team in keeping up with changes from new hire onboarding, systems/tools training (e.g., Salesforce), and skills development to drive growth and revenue within the sales organization.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Training & Enablement under the centralized Operations Department at Luxury Presence. This is an exciting opportunity to build and enhance our sales enablement function, which is designed to drive revenue and decrease new hire ramp time. You will be in a critical and visible role that will contribute significantly to Luxury Presence's continued success.
Essential Functions:
- Optimize, design, and implement a modular, repeatable Sales onboarding program that accommodates future adjustments for scale
- Develop and deliver training programs focusing on sales processes, product use cases, technical knowledge, and consultative selling skills
- Manage communications for updates and announcements across the Sales team regarding new courses, due dates, and course completion
- Maintain an internal knowledge base or library for the Sales Team to ensure it remains a relevant and actively used resource
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine the sales enablement strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Training and Enablement
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and escalate to Director of Revenue Operations and Sr. Manager, Training and Enablement to help with better change management across all Revenue teams
- Work closely with Sr. Manager, Training, and Enablement to ensure clarity and alignment on sales strategies and initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and learning management platforms (LMS, Gong, etc.)
- Experience with various learning approaches, including live instruction, e-learning, and coaching
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
