Maurice Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
- Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
- Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
- Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
- Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
- Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
- Other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Proven leadership ability
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new concepts and strategies
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- A passion to learn and try new things
- Able to multi-task while staying focused and productive
