About the role:
As a Sales Trainee, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while developing your knowledge of equipment, customers, and the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with new and used equipment inventory management
- Supporting sales administration and inventory-related activities
- Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments to support sales operations
- Assisting with yard organisation and equipment presentation
- Providing administrative support to Territory Managers and Branch Management
- Preparing preliminary equipment costings and sales documentation
- Assisting customers and supporting dealership enquiries
- Contributing to the overall success of the sales team
About you:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous experience in agriculture, construction, automotive, retail, customer service, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential
