About The Trainee Program
Are you ambitious, curious, and passionate about sales, languages, and travel? Our Sales Trainee Program in Ho Chi Minh City is your launchpad into a fast-paced, international career with EF Education First. This is a 6-month, full-time paid role designed to give you hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement, , with the potential to grow into a full-time position after the program.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our Sales & Marketing team to support students and families interested in language travel programs abroad
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to guide them through our programs
- Manage and follow up on leads and customer database to convert interest into sales
- Help plan and participate in sales and marketing activities, such as fairs, school visits, and open houses
- Support with customer service inquiries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute creative ideas to improve sales strategies, campaigns, and customer experience
- Represent EF with enthusiasm and professionalism, both online and in person
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Experience studying, working, or traveling abroad is a big plus
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, goal-driven, and organized
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and strong team spirit
- Recent university graduates are welcome, prior sales experience is appreciated but not required
