Sales Team Manager
Willow House, Staines
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)
Salary is from £42,900
This role is office based with potential for Hybrid working options available once signed off - This is not a fully remote working position.

As part of Management at Bupa, you’ll deal with the responsibility of looking after our people as well as enjoy the development process.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be looking after the consumer retentions and re-instatement teams
You’ll proactively manage reinstatement sales figures through effective lead management and strong performance management whilst ensuring the quality of our calls is of high priority.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Previous experience of managing employees within a targeted call centre environment
Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks internally
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Able to make important decisions and day to day decisions without referral.
