World Fuel is looking for a Retail Operations & Brand Performance Manager to help elevate execution, consistency, and performance across our branded retail network. This is a field‑based role with real ownership of a defined territory, partnering directly with independent dealers to improve store execution, brand compliance, and customer experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor and execution leader, working hands‑on with retail partners to drive measurable improvements—not just check boxes.

What You’ll DoRetail Execution & Brand Performance- Own retail execution across your assigned territory, ensuring brand image, merchandising, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Conduct on‑site assessments and coach retailers on improvements to PMPS and brand compliance metrics.
- Proactively identify execution gaps and partner with dealers to drive improvement.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with independent retail partners.
- Guide retailers on improving operational discipline, customer focus, and long‑term brand readiness.
- Champion available marketing, promotional, and branded credit card programs to support retailer success.
- Execute retail business plans and ensure on‑time implementation of programs and promotions.
- Support rollout of supplier initiatives and branded performance programs.
- Maintain strong performance evaluations from leadership and field management.
- 1–3 years of experience in a field‑based retail, sales, customer support, or operations role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel regularly within a 50‑mile radius of your territory.
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Experience in retail operations, territory management, or field support roles.
- Exposure to energy, commercial, or industrial sectors is a plus (not required).
