SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide prompt and efficient sales support to Sales Department. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by liaising with customers, processing and monitoring dry docking orders, invoices, credits, and complaints to ensure accurate and efficient working procedures and high customer satisfaction, strengthening Jotun’s position as a preferred supplier.Responsibilities:
Assist sales staff with compiling proposals, quotations, tenders, and bids, following up on DSO collection, and handling ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results
Respond to customers' inquiries either by phone, email, or walk-in so that customers' expectations are met and to keep up the high-value image of Jotun
Collect data/information from respective SAR, CSD & Tech Dept to effectively compile reports and produce relevant business analytics to ensure the business is going in the desired direction.
Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and inter-department personnel by assisting with communicating and giving out relevant information promptly to ensure all parties involved are aligned to meet given deadlines and ensure a smooth process flow of work
Coordinate and prepare tenders and bids, ensuring that the finished document fully meets the customer tender specification, contains accurate data, and is finished to a high-quality standard that reflects the professional nature of the Company.
Data input for customer complaints supporting the sales team by registering and adding the required date for customer product complaints
To maintain tools to measure the sales performance of Marine Sales staff for controlling, development, implementation, and operation;
Generate reports from relevant company business systems to provide useful information that meets Department operational objectives and bi-annually Business Review requirements.
Support SAR in preparing Drydock / New Building technical specifications & quotations by using the CRM system while they are away from business travel to efficiently attend to customer requirements.
Follow up proactively on Seastock quotations by contacting customers, followed by measuring Seastock hit rate to ensure Seastock business growth according to Marine Department direction.
Assist in organizing Sales Meetings, Training & Marine Events by assisting the appointed Project Manager of each specific event to ensure the desired turnout of participants in these meetings and events.
Generate required sales reports, provision lists, project contracts, and warranties to maintain proper documentation, thereby contributing to the overall department's performance and efficiency.
Assist Sales in preparing technical specifications & quotations when necessary by obtaining the required information in SAR/customer so that the specification/quotation will be submitted on time as customers need.

Specific qualification
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.
- Experience from anticorrosive paint is an advantage.
- University Degree.
- Proficient in English.
