Fellow is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Wholesale Team and support our international team and customers.
Reporting to the Director of International Sales, this position plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the management of our most significant international accounts. We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual who will work closely with our International Account Managers to ensure all aspects of the client relationship run smoothly.
The International Sales Team consists of four Account Managers who manage regional or channel-focused portfolios. This role will provide essential day-to-day support to help the team achieve its objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Enter purchase orders into the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Coordinate sample shipments with the Sales and Logistics teams.
- Complete product SKU and data sheets for customers using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Provide support for customization orders through email and Asana.
- Execute updates and changes to wholesale pricing and replacement parts lists.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager and Customer Experience (CX) team regarding warranty-related issues.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role.
- High proficiency in the systems listed above, particularly Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Appreciation for specialty coffee and coffee-related products is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.
