What you'll do:
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team and collaborates with the implementation teams in order to answer to customers‘ needs.
- Support the contracting and invoicing process.
- Follow up with customers and answer inquiries via email, telephone.
- Perform any necessary administrative work including archiving, filling reports or presenting sales team with necessary contractual documents.
- Offer support in the sales presentations, offers, RFP/RFI processes prepared for customers and ensure their compliance with internal rules and procedures.
- Update the internal tools and applications and with the necessary information.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness new product and feature launches, of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must);
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Pro-active;
- Desire to learn;
- Good negotiating skills;
- Logic reasoning, analytical and strategic thinking constitues an advantage.
- Good MS Office proficiency (Excel; Word; Powerpoint)
- Good English knowledge
