Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Greek speaking Sales Support Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our commercial teams across the entire opportunity lifecycle, driving revenue generation by ensuring deal accuracy, improving process efficiency, and translating complex commercial data into actionable business insights. Our team is a highly collaborative and analytical group of professionals focused on operational excellence and acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders worldwide.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development, review, and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for revenue generation.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, account management, and country teams to streamline deal desk operations, resolve bottlenecks, and support process training initiatives.
- Develop and deliver reports and metrics dashboards by consolidating and analyzing sales, pricing, and customer data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years' experience in sales support, commercial operations, deal desk, or global bid management, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of commercial acumen or hands-on pricing experience, with proven expertise in driving operational excellence through process, governance, and workflow management.
- Proven ability in advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and effective pipeline management within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system like Salesforce.
- Business proficiency in English and Greek essential.
