What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to perform administrative duties for our growing North American Sales team, based in Clearwater, FL. You will work behind-the-scenes on administrative tasks and with the Sales Manager on assigned projects, initiatives, and task coordination. Additionally, you will assist the Sales team with handling customer vendor packets, quotation creation and order placement. Once proven and developed, duties may evolve to include sales reporting, market development projects and partnership communications. Our ideal candidate is highly dependable, self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team that directly impacts our company’s growth and success, we would like to meet you.

  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Maintain customer and prospect records
  • Coordinate lead delegation within the sales team
  • Complete pre-sales paperwork and/or coordinate with relating departments
  • Maintain and initiate sales’ lead qualification sequences
  • Data hygiene
  • All other duties as assigned by Sales Manager
Basic Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Computer literacy and typing skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong analytical and time management skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Hybrid position, 3 days in-office required
    • Knowledgeable of CRM software and/or Salesforce (preferred)
    • Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Critical thinking
