Job Description:

Are you looking to begin a career in sales? Old Republic Title is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an entry-level position for an outgoing, organized and detail-oriented professional to get started in the title insurance industry. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing tasks like order processing, customer communication, and data maintenance to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. 

*This is an office-based position and requires daily attendance in Honolulu, HI

Skills and Qualifications for Role:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

  • Sales and Customer Service is a plus

  • Knowledge of company’s product/service offerings

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on support sales efforts

  • Lead Qualification & Management

  • Maintain and update lead and contact information in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist with coordinating Email campaigns in Salesforce and Constant Contact for client marketing.

Sales Documentation:

  • Prepare sales materials, presentations and proposals to support Sales Executive during client meetings and calls.

  • Ensure that all sales documentation is property generated and stored.

Client Communication & Follow-ups

  • Assist with responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing follow-up communication to clients after meetings or sales calls.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing client inquiries for New Listings, Just Sold, Farm Requests, Email Campaigns, Social Media Posts

  • Upon Closing, follow up email marketing for client testimonials.

  • Request for Marketing Request forms to post to company website or Facebook.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor key sales milestones to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are on track.

Customer Relationship Assistance

  • Help to resolve minor customer service issues and escalate major concerns to Sales Executive.

Training & Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and any changes in the company’s offerings to provide accurate support to Sales Executive.

Admin Support & Coordination

  • Provide admin support, such as processing orders, handling sales inquiries, managing sales calendars and overseeing sales-related documentation. 

  • Assist clients with registering for ORT Apps and Resources, as needed.

Event Support & Coordination

  • Assist with organizing and preparing events, webinars or tradeshows that Sales Executive or Escrow teams may be attending.

  • Help to manage logistics and coordination for events aimed at generating sales leads or networking.​

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
