What's exciting about the role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity and are responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. As well as helping customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner, providing real-time support. Sales is the biggest driver of our company's success, so this position plays a crucial role at our company.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems 
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team 
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators 
  • Manage coordination between Sales and the other internal departments, such as Logistics, Finance, Engineering
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information 
  • Keep record of sales trends 
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies 
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board 
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience 
  • Suggest sales process improvements 
  • To attend meetings with the sales team 
  • To adapt Information Security Management Systems policy. 

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field activities or equivalent experience
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS PPT
  • Excellent command of English & Turkish
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone 
  • Analytical and multitasking skills 
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
