We support our customers with an array of added value products and services to ensure Protection, Sustainability, Value, Compliance and Education are provided. Our main audience is within the healthcare space as we service hospitals and customers such as doctors, dentists and pharmacies.

 

We now look to you to help us deliver on our customer needs from data entry service, to managing daily production needs and working across the production and transport teams to help coordinate the day to day deliveries to our customer sites.


What will you do day to day?

  • Assist the business development team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as contracts and data entry
  • Create presentations for sales team, put together renewals, add new terminology, track price increases and customer profile changes
  • Communicate with other departments and schedule meetings/calendar management
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Work closely with the sales coordination team to ensure CRM is up to date. This includes:
  • Tracking opportunities
  • Assigning Leads
  • Ensuring training is up to date
  • Assisting in new program updates and rollouts
  • Support with reporting / data maintenance

What do you need to be successful?

  • 3+ years of administrative, data entry, within retail or hospitality or corporate will be considered
  • Intermediate to Advanced with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Salesforce experience or similar CRM experience
  • Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
