Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the Growth Organization, supporting New Business Managers and Sales Consultants to attract and onboard new Ministry Partners across all markets. This role thrives in a dynamic environment focused on achieving business growth through effective client engagement and support.

What You'll Do

• Lead the data request, RFI/RFP process, and other deal types for business opportunities.• Coordinate client calls and finalist presentations, including agenda development and presentation materials.• Coordinate the review of non-standard items for RFP responses and propose solutions.• Customize responses to client inquiries to highlight product and service differentiation.• Provide feedback to enhance proposal drafts and maintain the proposal database.• Offer input on new products and services based on evolving client and business needs.

Leading the data request, RFI/RFP process, as well as other deal types for at-risk business opportunities including drafting and solicitation of custom responses, service model and SLA documentation, multi-product pricing, and oversight of overall end-to-end response• Coordinating all activities for client calls and finalist's presentations including agenda development, speaker preparation, site logistics, presentation materials development, and participating in product capabilities and technical demos.• Coordinating review of all non-standard items with the appropriate review committees; prepare review documents, determine appropriate parties to attend meeting, support positioning of the non-standard items and find solutions or action plan for RFP responses.• Differentiating products and services with customized responses to client inquiries.• Providing feedback to the business to improve proposal drafts and proposal database.• Providing input on new products and services based on changing consultant and business requirements.

• Work collaboratively with New Business Managers and Sales Consultants.• Provide information and support to prospective Ministry Partners to facilitate decision-making.

• Manage documentation, service models, and SLAs related to client engagements.

• Ensure comprehensive oversight of end-to-end response processes.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree required.• Appropriate licenses (can be acquired in the role).• Strong project management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in MS Office and GuideStone system applications.• Complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
