Supports operational reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and automation for advisory operations. Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve visibility into capacity, service levels, efficiency, satisfaction, and performance. Evaluates operational systems, reconciles data, supports portfolio operations, and contributes to process improvement and project teams. The role also requires learning wealth management operations, securities industry requirements, and relevant financial technology.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies. Develops C# and T-SQL, applies microservices, cloud-native, DevOps, and integration patterns, and manages code through Git and Azure DevOps. Participates in architecture, code reviews, QA, troubleshooting, backlog prioritization, and process automation. Serves as a technical leader by mentoring developers, documenting solutions, improving coding standards, and owning significant application areas.

Own and maintain IBOR/ABOR data integrity, reconcile custodial and private-fund records, produce accounting and performance reports, manage fee calculations and client billing, document controls and processes, lead private fund onboarding and reconciliations, and provide backup trading/cash-desk coverage to ensure operational continuity.

Lead a web content team to plan, optimize, publish, and measure content across public-facing sites. Own content strategy, CMS roadmap input, SEO and analytics, accessibility and compliance, UX and conversion optimization, stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and continuous improvement to drive engagement, leads, and growth.

Develop and maintain consultative relationships with RIAs, private wealth and independent advisors to grow GuideStone Funds. Create and execute territory business plans, maintain high calling activity and CRM records, partner with regional leadership, support marketing and cross-sell opportunities, attend occasional events, and assist department projects.

Provide personalized financial advice and wealth management to GuideStone members, grow and retain client relationships and AUM, collaborate with internal teams, maintain regulatory knowledge, support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement, and deliver faith-aligned financial solutions tailored to clients' objectives.

Provide strategic HR partnership to business units, lead employee relations investigations, support workforce planning, implement HR programs (performance, compensation, talent development), ensure compliance with employment law, analyze HR metrics, and drive cross-functional improvements to enhance engagement and service delivery.
