Senior Engineering ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by pre-paring technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and pre-paring final documentation.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Participate in Bidding strategy, cost optimization, technical Solution innovation, support project handover.
- Managing timely Technical & Commercial offer delivery, monitoring quality of bids and driving productivity. Delivering the Technical solution for Electrification of Green field and Brownfield Energy Industries customers.
- Evaluating the various E-House Structural Vendors for the project specific optimized Techno- Commercial solutions
- Driving the E-House Pre-Bid Engineering solutions to arrive at optimum E-House Layouts, and HVAC, HV, MV, LV, UPS, F&G, HVAC, Drive systems for E House application. Driving cross functional communication across various stakeholders to achieve common Bid objectives.
- Understanding the various International Standard/ statutory requirement like IEC / ANSI/ ABS/UL.
Qualifications for the role
- BE or B. Tech Degree ideally focused on Electrical / Electronics /Control
- Previous engineering experience for Electrical System, Electrical distribution net-work.
- Good knowledge of Electrical Products (Switchgear, Transformer, VFD, Control & Protection equipment Power Quality equipment, IS Limiter, DC/UPS etc)
- Knowledge of High Voltage product (220 kV, 132 kV, 66 kV etc and CRP) added ad-vantage.
- Knowledge of Offshore / On-shore requirements including offshore class rules like ABS, DNV and market demand / requirement.
- 4 to 7 years’ experience within the Energy industry but not essential.
