Your Role and Responsibilities
- 1. Use product configuration tools to provide technical solution acc. to customer requirements and complete sales offering. Support sales to communicate and do technical clarification with customer.
- 2. Work as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of target projects. Narrow factory manufacturing gap, enlarge factory technical offering.
- 3. Provide product training & technical communication to customer to increase customer satisfaction.
- 4. Make proposals on industry customized products by fully analyzing market needs and application feature.
- 5. Study and provide product-level competitive analysis report of focused applications.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in electrical machine design is preferred.
- Experience in machine application is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels.
- Enthusiastic, innovative and able to change.
- Ability to work globally within different cultures.
- Good in English both for writing and speaking.
