NewLane Finance is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Support Specialist to support our Broker Sales Managers by assisting with deal structuring, and managing early‑stage customer relationships. The associate works closely with our BSM, credit teams, and operations to help new and existing vendors obtain financing for essential equipment.

Essential Functions
- Assist BSM in managing equipment finance transactions
- Gather and review customer financial information and documentation to support credit submissions
- Communicate with customers throughout the sales and funding process to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, deal status, and customer communications in CRM systems
- Deep understanding of key account finance programs at a level where the candidate can communicate with Brokers and their customers
- Knowledge of our subsidy percents for the subsidized deals
- Understanding of quote tools and ability to update formulas as rates/rate factors change
- Relationship development and communication with key accounts
- Clear and consistent communication with BDM
- Basic knowledge of our products and technology
- Ability to answer questions from Brokers accurately.
- Ability to de-escalate situations when they arise confidently and successfully.
- Deep understanding of company policies and workflow, example to whom do I send a purchase order, application entry, funding confirmation, etc.…
- Knowledge of business software- Salesforce, DocuSign, Power Point,
- Phone and written communication skills- for example, welcome calls, internal and external email and teams communications

Salary Range:
$53,744.00 - $88,290.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
