This position reports to:
Sales Support Manager ELSB/ELSP__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the precise and timely administration of pre-sale customer requests to support well-informed customer decisions. Each day, you will support with the adaption and implementation of the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensures accurate and efficient creation and maintenance of customer and account master data
- Creates new accounts, updates existing ones, and performs regular data checks
- Supports users for the encountered issues by providing knowledge, creating support ticket, account activation and etc. for masterdata platforms
- Provides pre‑sales support such as price & availability, quote status, and technical documentation
- Shares required documentation
- Prepares cross‑reference lists for customers and sales teams
- Supports processes such as Trade Compliance, Risk Review, Third‑Party Management, and Opportunity Management
- Creates and monitors channel‑related records as part of approval processes.
- Ensures data quality for accounts and contacts
- Escalates issues when needed to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 2 years of experience working as internal Sales Support, Project Management and Logistics
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and effective written and spoken communication skills
- Methodical approach, attention to detail, and well-developed organizational skills
- Skilled in reading technical specifications, preparing quotations
- Fluent in English and Turkish ; proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI, and enterprise management tools
