Job Description

We are looking for a new team member who will play a key role in supporting global commercial operations processes, ensuring customer requests and process activities are completed accurately and within SLA.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leverage data to drive business decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

You will report to the Manager GEBS Business Operations.

You will work hybrid in Katowice, Poland.

• Accountability for different Global Commercial Operations processes.
• Daily task and mailbox management.
• Resolving process issues and customer queries within SLA.
• Maintaining process documentation and work instructions.
• Communicating with internal and external partners.
• Driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Performing data validation and reporting activities.
• Analyzing data and creating reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

• Typically requires no previous professional experience. Experience supporting operational, commercial, customer service, shared services, or business process activities is an asset.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma / project management methodologies.
• Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA).
