HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

A Varsity Spirit Sales Support Representatives serve as an internal liaison and provide quality service for Sales Regions, keep them abreast of current trends and process product information that will affect how they service their customer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties to aid in order fulfillment.

· Demonstrate an ability and willingness to engage other departments to determine an appropriate course of action for a customer.

· Provide internal customers with product and service information.

· Follow-up on escalated customer inquiries to ensure they receive the proper attention.

· Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls and/or concerns.

· Demonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement.

· Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.

· Continued cross training and education within our own department as well as other departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude at all times.

· Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Task-oriented and self-motivated.

Education/Experience:

· Associates Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or English or equivalent

· Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.
