•The primary role of Sales Support professional is to sell ResMed's products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or with specific accounts.
•Execute account strategy as defined by sales leaders by planning and positioning ResMed products and solutions to attain sales objectives and quota
•Develop an understanding of customers’ business to identify needs and selling opportunities.
•Enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution.
•Position ResMed products and services adoption to improve customer and patient outcomes.
•Develop, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers.
•Ensure quality customer service and experience
•Act as the single point of customer contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues
•Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
•Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.
•Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:

•Excellence in all forms of virtual communication with command of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies
•Proven experience working in a collaborative environment to achieve individual and team goals.

•Self-starter with proven leadership qualities

Desirable:
•1+ years relevant business experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience and knowledge preferred
•BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $55k + Target Incentive Compensation
