Requirements:
- As a sales support, will answer to customer queries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments at Skills and Solution Centre. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences etc.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regular follow ups with sales team and check on order bookings status.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Customer Order processing function for order processing.
- Maintain an organized and presentation and system for administrative and sales professionals.
- Compiling of various sales data and providing inputs and support the sales department.
- Supporting in sales initiatives and events organised at regions, managing tracker and compiling reports.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, payment follow-ups.
- Handling administrative duties for the company.
- To maintain and upkeep the solutions and skill centre and maintain the decorum and ambience at all the time. To monitor visitor movements keeping close coordination with the host.
- Reporting any daily activity to your supervisors.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and practices.
- Taking and managing the loan warehouse.
- Support the team in terms of CAPEX movements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Any Graduate with minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of efficient customer support and sales & marketing initiatives
- Hands on experience with ERP system.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word & Presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking & Teamwork collaboration.
