As our Sales Operations Manager, you will be key in keeping our sales orders running smoothly and scaling our operations for high growth. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will lead a global team of Sales Support Admins to ensure accurate, timely order processing, and minimize errors and returns. You'll collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams, conduct data audits for month-end closing, and support the front-line sales staff. You will also improve our CRM, and test new features for efficiency and data integrity.

Due to our global sales and operations teams, we have a strong preference for this role to be located in the eastern time zone.
What You'll Do
- Team Management:
- Lead and develop a top-notch Sales Support team to support our front-line staff and ensure a great client experience.
- Oversee sales order submissions in the Order to Cash workflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing for smooth invoicing and service activation.
- Minimize invoicing errors and returned orders.
- Manage proposal and contract prep.
- Work with Product Management to keep our product catalog accurate in the CRM.
- Sales Enablement and Support:
- Train and empower sales reps to follow order processing SOPs and use the CRM effectively.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accurate month-end closing.
- Ensure correct commission processing for the sales team.
- Foster collaboration between Commercial, Product, Legal, and Finance teams for a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Optimization:
- Provide input for CRM enhancements and assist in QA testing for efficient processes.
- Manage various projects related to acquisitions, OTC process integration, data clean-up, and Marketing lead assignments.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or order management.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
