What We Are Looking For
The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing support to Business Development Executives during the sales process by providing remote and onsite demonstrations of KeyStone software, gathering information for gap analysis and assisting with RFP's
Requirements
- Present KeyStone Corporate Overview and follow-up product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Ensure demonstration database and your assigned area of the RFP repository are kept updated with new releases.
- Provide information to potential clients as to the benefits associated with using KeyStone as their core system.
- Maintain knowledge of the KeyStone product and related products.
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs and other technical documentation associated with the sales process.
- Provide on-site support to Business Development Executives during sales presentations/product demonstrations.
- Periodically update actual demo presentation to take advantage of new software/system capabilities.
- Maintain punctuality, attendance and dependability at an acceptable level at all times. Must be free to travel as business needs dictate.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Why You Are A Perfect Fit:
Experience
Five or more years of similar or related experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Is a strong grammarian. Knowledge of software, 3rd party vendors, and hardware peripherals preferred. Some sales experience, credit union knowledge, and core processor experience a plus.
Education
A bachelor's degree or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
