Provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met, and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Support Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term)

Contract: 12-month fixed-term (Paternity Leave Cover)
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team and support the end-to-end sales order process, from customer inquiries and quotations to order confirmation. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers, you will help deliver excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate sales orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including paint specifications, guarantees, and other required documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments on pricing, customer requests, and order-related matters.
- Maintain customer records, fleet lists, price lists, and sales documentation.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain high service standards.
- Use company systems, tools, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Based in Athens, Greece (this position does not support relocation).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Purchasing, or a similar administrative role will be considered an advantage.
