职位描述Primary Objective主要目标：To support the frontline sales team with technical proposal development
Key Activities职位描述：
- Provide technical support to the frontline sales team in developing and optimizing technical proposals
- Assist in the preparation of design documentation and analysis of relevant data for solution development
- Work closely with project teams and R&D teams to support the execution of innovative concepts
- Keep abreast of relevant industry design standards, market trends, new product developments, and competitor information
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of basic mechanical design principles, with proficiency in CAD or other design and drafting software
- Strong interest in industrial technologies, innovation trends, and sustainable manufacturing
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to organize and analyze technical data and documentation
- Strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and knowledge sharing
