The Sales Support Coordinator will support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the wider Sales Leadership team. This is a fast-paced commercial environment and requires someone who can confidently manage executive coordination, highimpact PowerPoint presentations, sales analytics, meeting operations, travel planning, and professional stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will be a trusted “right hand” to the CRO office — ensuring smooth execution of leadership priorities, exceptional meeting readiness, and consistent, executive-level output across communications, reporting, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
CRO & Sales Leadership Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and business support to the CRO and sales leadership team.
- Act as a coordination hub between Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Delivery, and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all communications and documents.
PowerPoint & Executive Presentation Development
- Build, edit, and refine executive-level PowerPoint decks (CRO updates, board reports, QBRs, leadership presentations).
- Ensure presentations are aligned with brand standards, consistent formatting, and clear executive storytelling.
- Convert raw data and inputs into clean slides, visuals, charts, and summaries.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Support the CRO office with sales performance analytics and reporting (weekly/monthly dashboards).
- Prepare reports and summaries on pipeline, forecast, performance trends, and key sales KPIs.
- Consolidate inputs from sales teams into structured, decision-ready formats.
Meetings, Calendars & Leadership Operating Rhythm
- Own scheduling and organization of CRO meetings (internal leadership, customer meetings, QBRs, GTM sessions).
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packs, talking points, and minutes/action logs.
- Track follow-ups and ensure closure on action items across teams.
- Maintain a structured cadence for recurring leadership meetings and reporting cycles.
Travel, Logistics & Event Coordination
- Manage travel planning and logistics for the CRO and sales leadership (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport).
- Prepare travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and travel packs.
- Coordinate sales offsites, leadership workshops, and internal events when required.
Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Draft professional communications on behalf of the CRO office (emails, announcements, followups).
- Coordinate internal alignment and ensure timely updates across stakeholders.
- Support preparation of executive summaries, memos, and formal business correspondence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Executive Support, Sales Operations, Business Support, EA for Sales Leadership, CRO office support, etc.).
- Experience in telecom, ICT, technology services, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, or B2B enterprise sales environments.
- Experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, VP Sales, GM, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Basic Power BI understanding (or strong interest in reporting and dashboards).
- Experience supporting QBRs, forecast calls, and pipeline governance.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive deck building is a must).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel-based reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Excellent calendar management and meeting coordination capability.
- Experience handling complex travel arrangements and logistics.
- Strong written English and corporate communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, formatting, and high standards of output quality.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
