Perform forensic evidence acquisition, preservation, analysis, and reporting across endpoints, servers, mobile, virtual and cloud environments. Support incident response, legal and regulatory investigations, reconstruct timelines, analyze artifacts and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining chain of custody and evidence integrity.

Provide 24x7 SOC monitoring, triage alerts from SIEM/EDR/firewalls, validate and classify events, perform first-level incident analysis, create tickets, escalate to Tier 2, document investigations, and follow SOC playbooks and compliance requirements.

Support design, development, and operationalization of ML and Generative AI solutions. Tasks include data preparation, model development and evaluation, MLOps pipeline support, LLM integration (Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph), deployment, monitoring, customer workshops, and documentation for enterprise deployments.

Manage end-to-end purchase request and order lifecycle for cloud and cybersecurity services, track cloud costs and utilization, maintain cost dashboards, coordinate with Finance/Procurement/vendors for invoice validation and payments, ensure audit-ready documentation, and support process improvements.
