PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

At Wyndham Destinations our vision is to put the World on Vacation, in your position as the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Preview Centre, either onsite or through remote operations support.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Include but not limited to:)

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the preview centre.
  • Provide high level of service both internally and externally and ensure the preview centre is operating in accordance within our standard operating procedures.
  • Endeavor to ensure the preview centre conform to industry compliance and Company best practices through inspection of processes.
  • Be involved in daily operational requirements and core tasks including: reception obligations, premium recording and management and contract generation.
  • Ensure premium inventory levels are properly maintained and audited and review weekly inventory reports.
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Support team to provide support in the daily operation of the preview centre.
  • Ensure accurate recording of guest flow, booking numbers and correct entering of team details in all systems.
  • Communicate reports to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Compile with AFSL cash handling and direct deposit transactions for the preview centre and ensure PCI compliance.
  • Actively participate in your own growth and professional development.
  • Work in coloration with the Senior Sales Support team and key departments within the business on adhoc and ongoing projects.
  • Compile with Wyndham Destinations OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct.
  • Perform required tasks and duties associated with child minding
  • Provide a safe and compliant environment for all child attending the child minding facility at the preview centre.
  • Ensure the well-presented preview centre is maintained at all times.
  • Employees must not willfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety. 
  • Display innovation through communicating through to your Senior Sales Support Team identified process improvements. 
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking accountability and delivering on the promise. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. 

 KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within finance, sales support, or customer service
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is a big plus
  • Confident in collecting and verifying customer financial information
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player who supports others and helps create a positive workplace culture
  • Work Flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
