About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated professional who enjoys collaborating across teams, supporting commercial outcomes, and making a genuine impact. If you’re someone who brings strong communication skills, a customer‑first mindset, and a passion for driving results, this role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our state sales performance and brand success.

In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, providing vital support that helps drive the achievement of our state sales budget. You will work closely with State Sales Management and Account Management teams, developing a deep understanding of site dynamics to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities across all brands, contributing to overall commercial success and a high‑performing team environment.

What You’ll Do

General Admin

  • Raise purchase orders in SAP for approved jobs: Modifications, New builds, events, couriers, catering, marketing POS etc

  • Receipt & coding in SAP of invoices (all brands + ODK installs)

  • Administration support for internal Electrolux CRM Tool 

  • Review & approve all store credit claims for price discrepancies, price support etc

  • Provide suitable outcomes for customer enquiries and be able to Support State Manager and Team with Ad hoc requests

  • Process forms for new employee’s to EHP Sales team and manage IT requests, new starter checklist

  • Action new Vendor request

  • Coordinate functions, training sessions, conferences, state sales meetings, on site Masterclasses & factory tours when appropriate.

  • Maintain base contacts for general information flow for state sales teams and be able to locate information to assist the sales Team including State Sales Manager, Account Managers, National Sales Managers

  • Control and monitor all sales office stationery and supplies, ensuring that all consumables for the sales office equipment are kept in supply.

  • Assist Sales Team with any internal system enquiries or issues

  • Book travel & accommodation (employees and guests)

  • POS replenishment

  • Arrange Catering for events

  • Assist in the co-ordination of new product release launches, training sessions, and State Masterclass Session (In House Retailer Training).

  • Collaborate with other state sales administration assistants to leverage best practices.

AEG Support

  • Assist with AEG Discrepancies, stocktake reports & AEG stocktake register

  • AEG Assist with escalated issues (store, delivery and end user)

  • AEG Portal Management

Display Stands

  • Assist the sales teams in the preparation of customer display brief documents.

  • Liaise with Brand Marketing to ensure the approval process is achieved in a timely manner.

  • Manage state based maintenance requirements.

  • Liaise with cabinet makers and process invoices as required.

  • Manage display register, display orders & modifications with cabinet maker & store (All brands)

  • Manage Experience Centre stock and events – stocktakes, display maintenance, returns etc

Who You Are

  • You’ll bring previous experience in a sales support or team administration based role

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and to tight time schedules

  • You are a natural problem solver, who is highly organised, with a positive “can do’ attitude

  • As a team player, you will enjoy working closely with our Account Managers and learn the dynamics of a sales team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Effective time management skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work autonomously and be part of a team

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills

  • SAP knowledge would be a bonus
