The Role
Responsibilities:
Lead To Cash Process Cycle:
• Review customer request in a timely manner, ensuring that quotes and sales order is complete and correct.
• Maintain close communication with deployment, supply chain, account management & finance to address any discrepancies or special requests related to orders.
• Coordinate with supply chain to confirm product availability and delivery timelines as well as SKU adjustment .

Cross Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Finance for accurate customer data and invoice issue resolution.​
• Close collaboration with AM and Deployment teams to ensure Sales Order data is accurate to drive correct deployment & invoicing activity​
• Cover cross functional meetings to ensure team ownership of follow up and delivery of successful outcome.
Sales Order & Invoice Processing
• Ensure accurate data is maintained on Sales Orders to support supply chain and deployment activities (internal changes)
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure accurate fulfilment dates and warehouse data is maintained.
• Work closely with P2P & GSS when maintaining change orders on the SO and PO

Requirement:
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
•2-3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or related roles.
• Experience with order management software, ERP systems, and invoicing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Exact or similar tools).
Skills:
•Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
