Leads engineering squads in delivering reliable, scalable, high-quality software. Provides technical direction, establishes engineering standards, manages technical debt, improves platform reliability and delivery flow, and partners with Product, Delivery, and QA leadership. Develops engineers and technical leads, manages onshore and offshore partners, removes blockers, and aligns engineering practices with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end technical project delivery across engineering, operations, deployment, clients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, roadmap and milestone planning, Agile facilitation, risk management, client communication, prioritization, reporting through Jira, Confluence, and Asana, and continuous process improvement.

Lead the design and evolution of an enterprise AWS data platform supporting analytics, reporting, operational decisions, and future AI capabilities. Architect scalable data pipelines, establish data engineering and governance standards, implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and deliver reliable data products. Provide hands-on technical leadership, architectural direction, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration while balancing performance, scalability, security, complexity, and cost.

Business Systems Analyst translates ambiguous business needs into technical requirements across CRM, ERP, and operational platforms. The role maps current and future processes, standardizes intake and documentation, partners with development and architecture teams, evaluates solutions, and validates functionality through QA and UAT. It also supports deployment, post-go-live hypercare, process improvement, and delivery-readiness practices within Agile sprint cycles.

Manages client relationships as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal teams and project delivery to meet client requirements, timelines, scope, and budgets. Handles communications, escalations, account planning, performance monitoring, and recordkeeping. Identifies upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen accounts while maintaining client satisfaction.

Lead execution of global international transportation strategy, manage relationships with freight forwarders and suppliers, oversee booking, documentation, customs clearance, cargo loading and vessel bookings, implement standardized shipment tracking and documentation, and align and lead the logistics team to meet goals efficiently.

Remotely lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site signage, shopfitting and retail fit-out projects. Coordinate install crews, subcontractors and suppliers; build and manage schedules, budgets, site access, milestones, safety, quality and compliance. Serve as central client contact, resolve issues, and manage data and stakeholders to deliver multiple simultaneous sites. 12-18 month fixed-term contract.

Operate and improve cloud and deployment infrastructure within a DevOps culture: manage large-scale AWS environments and Linux IoT fleets, implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker), IaC (CloudFormation), monitoring (SumoLogic, CloudWatch), automate tasks with Bash/Python, mentor juniors, and support deployments across dev/uat/prod environments.

The Senior Director, Engineering & Quality leads the execution of engineering outcomes for product development, focusing on architecture, quality strategies, operational performance, and risk management while mentoring cross-functional teams.
