Partners with finance and business leaders on capital allocation and investment analysis while developing the Group FP&A team and influencing matrixed Segment FP&A leaders.

The Senior Director, Engineering & Quality leads the execution of engineering outcomes for product development, focusing on architecture, quality strategies, operational performance, and risk management while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Manage sales administration, order-to-cash activities, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, customer records, office facilities, travel, vendors, onboarding, documentation, IT equipment inventory, events, and administrative processes. The role supports operational efficiency, finance coordination, employee administration, stakeholder communication, and business growth across Coates Europe.

Leads the global product engineering organization and owns the technical vision, roadmap, architecture standards, governance, reliability, security, and scalability of Coates’ CMS, web products, and deployment tools. Partners with executives and regional engineering and product leaders to align strategy, builds high-performing distributed teams, and delivers enterprise-scale platform initiatives.

Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations. Develops segment people strategies, coaches leaders, delivers enterprise people programs, uses workforce data to inform decisions, and ensures legally sound, consistent HR practices across the corporate segment.

Leads the design and evolution of an enterprise AWS data platform. Responsibilities include architecting data lakes and pipelines, establishing data architecture and governance standards, implementing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, enabling reliable data products, and providing hands-on technical leadership and mentorship. The role supports analytics, reporting, operational decision-making, and future AI initiatives through scalable batch and streaming data solutions.

Operate and improve cloud and deployment infrastructure within a DevOps culture: manage large-scale AWS environments and Linux IoT fleets, implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker), IaC (CloudFormation), monitoring (SumoLogic, CloudWatch), automate tasks with Bash/Python, mentor juniors, and support deployments across dev/uat/prod environments.
