Your role in our team
As Sales Support for Cisco, you will play a central part in the day-to-day operations of the Cisco team. You will manage administrative tasks, ensure accurate documentation, follow up on requests, and support seamless communication with colleagues, customers and partners.
What you will do:
Process and follow up on Cisco orders, licenses and related requests.
Prepare, maintain and manage accurate documentation, quotes and internal records.
Act as a point of contact for administrative questions via phone, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and email (in Dutch, French and English).
Ensure precise data entry and reporting in internal systems.
Monitor deadlines, approvals and process flows to support smooth operations.
Provide general team support including planning, coordination and backup duties.

To be successful in this role you have:
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
An interest in technology (Cisco knowledge is a plus, but definitely not necessary).
A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
