About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Business Analyst to support our Commercial Sales organization by analyzing data, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM accuracy, and helping drive business development initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and Business Development Representatives to support pipeline management, reporting, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Supporting sales teams by maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM data
- Analyzing sales activity, pipeline trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities
- Conducting account and market research to support business development efforts
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for sales leadership
- Coordinating meetings and supporting sales engagement activities
- Maintaining Salesforce data integrity and ensuring accurate documentation
- Assisting with lead tracking, account management, and opportunity progression
- Collaborating with Client Partners, Sales Executives, and Business Development Representatives to support strategic initiatives
- Monitoring market activity and competitor trends to provide actionable insights
- Supporting process improvements, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with Business Intelligence reporting and ad hoc analytical requests
- Providing operational support that enables the sales organization to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in sales support, business analysis, sales operations, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Build collaborative relationships across multiple teams
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Analyze data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and recommend process improvements
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($47,470 - $65,000)
