Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. What you’ll be doingAs Sales Support Associate, you will focus on onboarding and supporting new venues, ensuring a seamless setup and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also assist Account Managers with administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and provide training and guidance to partners.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Train partner venues on how to use Wolt’s tools and equipment effectively and independently
- Ensure partners meet the highest Wolt service standards through regular quality and satisfaction checks
- Assist the Account Management team with partner-related administrative tasks and coordination
- Respond to merchant inquiries, resolve onboarding-related issues, and ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to maintain quality standards during onboarding
- Maintain a portfolio of smaller clients
- Upsell and cross-sell to our partners
- Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.
- Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
- Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals.
- Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
- Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
- Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
- Have around 1 year in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations, executing defined workflows end to end and meeting SLAs.
- Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
