Sales Support Associate
Position Title: Full-Time Sales Support Associate
Report to: Sales Support Supervisor
Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Rate of Remuneration: CI$35,000.00 – 45,000.00 per year
Key responsibilities and job duties will include but not be limited to:
The Sales Support Associate will be primarily responsible for but not limited to:
- Accurately record orders from wholesale customers and enter them into the accounting system.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers.
- Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure the timely processing of orders.
- Ensure all customer order queries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
- Comply with all internal accounting procedures.
- As required, carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist with the sorting and scanning of sales invoices daily.
- Provide excellent service to ALL customers.
- Answer the phone and take customer orders.
Experience/Qualifications
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- 2-5 years working for a similar-sized company in a similar role.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn and work independently.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- A confident, positive, and outgoing person is needed for this position.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to start work at 7am.
- Able to work a Saturday shift on alternate weeks.
